Sleeps 24 Across 7 Bedrooms

Bears Lair accommodates 24 guests in 7 spacious bedrooms across three levels. Each room features log-style beds, quality linens, heating, cooling, ceiling fans, personal TVs, and bathroom essentials. A laundry room on the lower level adds convenience.

Lower Level: Stay & Play

Indulge in the family room’s 75” TV, pool table, and Hot Wheels pinball. Sip drinks at the custom bar area with a second TV. Outside, find a patio, hot tub, game area, and firepit. With local restaurants nearby, plus luxury amenities and Lake Harmony’s shoreline steps away, enjoy both home comfort and Pocono adventures. We have two bedrooms with 2 Queens beds in each.

Second Level: Perfect for Gatherings

Discover a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a breakfast bar. The extra-large dining table seats 16+ with additional breakfast bar seating. Cozy up by the gas fireplace or relish lake time with a 55” TV. Step onto the private deck for BBQs and lake sunsets.

Moonlight Master: Enjoy a King bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, 50” TV, and captivating Lake Harmony views.

Great large home for 20 + people. Game room was awesome for the kids. Sauna and Jacuzzi actually worked! House did not provide any hand soap, hand towels, dish towels. Make sure to bring your own. Had couple issues that owner responded quickly and fixed promptly. House is located next to a very busy commercial plaza. Can get noisy from traffic next to stores etc.

Stayed at this beautiful home for a birthday weekend with 22 close family and friends. The house was so gorgeous and had more than enough room. The backyard had a hot tub and fire pit. There was a minor problem which was very quickly rectified by the homeowner (no fault of theirs). Would recommend the property and would rent again! Thanks so much we had a wonderful time.

We had a big group - 12 of us - and this was the perfect spot. Not necessarily walkable to anything but very central to everything in the area. The space was well maintained and had good open spaces for group hangs. The basement was a huge hit for a big group of guys. Would recommend!

Great place to stay for a lot of people. Close to all the local attractions, super easy check-in, and the house is beautiful as shown in the pictures. Only bummer was the hot tub wasn't usable, not a big deal for us but could be for some. Would recommend.

We had a great stay at Pocono Villa - it's a great spot for a large group of people. The host was very responsive and communicative with us. The sauna was a nice treat and we loved the big deck!

Our stay was wonderful. The house had so much space for everyone to sleep comfortably, even with a large group of 12 adults. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a group dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the games in the basement, barbecue pit and the sauna. A great place for a weekend get away with a large group! The hot tub was unfortunately out of commission.

Everything about our stay was great. The place was clean, the check in was easy, checkout instructions were clear and not burdensome, but most importantly there was plenty of room for our large group that included children. The hosts were also very responsive if we had any questions. Only thing I would recommend as an improvement would maybe include dish towels in the kitchen for help drying pots, etc. Overall, we were very happy and are already planning our return.
